Which car is better to race and drift in a 2006 Subaru WRX STi or

Mitsubishi’s Lancer Evolution MR ? Looking for a new car i want the best out of these two but i don't know which one is better. I want it to be fast, cheap, and able to drift. and has a lot of aftermarket parts to customize what i want. any ideas. Also where can i get a used one for cheap which ever it may be?

If you want a drift car, don't get an all wheel drive. A guy with a rear wheel will destroy you EVERY time.

Out of these two, The STI has more power and in my opinion is built better overall. But you might want to consider a mazda RX8 or something RWD.

P.S These car's arn't really that cheap and the parts are expensive because they are already really good stock.

Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear tested both of those cars and the Evo literally ran circles around the STi. Check out the link to the video I posted below.
