For me they are
Angelina Jolie,she is not ugly but saying she is the hottest women in the world is just crazy

Miley Cyrus,she is too average looking ,nothing special at all.

Jessica Biel,she has a nice body but an average face

Adraina Lima,she has a nice body too but her face is not pretty

For guys
Justin timberlak
Jonny Deep,i know many are going to disagree but this just my opinion
Zac Enfron
The Jonas Brothers
 
Paris Hilton. I just don't get it.

The "McDreamy" guy from Grey's Anatomy. He's average looking to me.
