Which cruise itinerary is better?

I am trying to decide between two different cruise itineraries.

Cruise #1 stops in Roatan, Belize City, Costa Maya, and Cozumel

Cruise #2 stops in Great Stirrup Cay Bahamas, Ocho Rios Jamaica, George Town, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.

Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks
