I will be finishing my Associates degree this year and will be transferring to a University next year. Which degree would give me a decent paying job upon completion of the bachelors? Separate question, which one of these degrees would be acceptable to for me to re-enter into the military as an officer?

First, Congratulations! In my opinion, it would be a wise decision to do what you are more passionate about - Nutrition? or Psychology? However, beyond that expectation, I believe my choice would be Psychology because your knowledge in this field will be beneficial to yourself and all involved in the military. Just think about it. If an individual is involved in a war, or even just the regular psychological effects of military training, they will require your help. If you choose nutrition, you need to be realistic. Do you really believe that the military is that worried about eating healthy? I do not believe they do, but they are concerned with sound minds and able bodies.
I hope this helps with your decision. Please let me know your final decision, and Good Luck!
