b. pregnant teenagers
c. someone suffering from anorexia nervosa
d. nutrition instructors
 
Well, it depends on the person. The first three seem at risk, but they might have family and friends to support them. The last one seems like the obvious answer, but they might not practice what they preach.
 
None of the above. A healthy person is someone that eats in moderation from a very big variety of foods, does some exercise, does not smoke, drinks in moderation and gets the right amount of sleep, at the correct times. 4:00am to noon is wrong.
