Wow. These are really HIGH mileage cars.

If you don't get these vehicles checked out by a professional mechanic BEFORE you buy, you risk having serious problems that will cost you more than the cost of the car. Nobody here can tell you the actual condition of these vehicles -- and which to buy.

My neighbor bought a 2001 Expedition with 79,000 miles for the same price as the '99 Expedition you are looking at. It's in almost perfect condition.

My vote is: C) Pass on both cars, and keep looking.
