Which is better? AR for DSi or Ultimate cheats for pokemon DSi?

I want to fill my 'dex up on Pokemon White (Europe, DSi). Ive heard i can achieve this with both of these products, but apparently no new codes can be added to ultimate cheats, though im not sure about AR codes for the european version of white either. Any tips?
 
AR is much, much better. It supports pokesav (greatest pokemon hacking tool known to humankind), and has far more codes than any other program. More are created every day.
