Which martial arts are best for a diabetic to learn?

I was thinking something like boxing or kickboxing for fitness and weight control
and
tai chi or yoga or kung fu for stress and sugar reduction

Go on youtube and search: BaduanJin <--- it's an ancient health exercise from Shaolin, it helps to restore balance to the endocrine system.
Also search for: Wudang 5 Animal Qigong <--- same benefits, my friend learned the legitimate form when he stayed in Mt.Wudang for a summer. He felt totally vibrant afterwards after doing it for a month , like brand new person filled with energy.

They are all the same there is no best art.
Its not like you eat sugar in training, you lose weight and fitness, that might help with diabetes but like I said so.
