Which of these two BMW deals is better/smarter?

I have two options for a new BMW:

option A: 2003 325xi, Black on Brown, Only 39,000 miles
The asking price from the dealer is only 14,595, but the only warranty is the 2 month/2000 miles from the dealership.

Option B: 2007 328xi . Silver on Black 40,000 miles
Asking price is 24,485 with 10,000 miles left of free maintenance, and 6 year 100000 miles Certified pre owned warranty which will run until 2013.


Which Bimmer is a better deal?
 
If you have a money the 24K is better but if you are a little tight and a hands on person [who can change oils and brakes then the 14k is better.
 
The 2007 is a better deal. The extra time left on the warranty and maintenance will save you lots of money. Also, you can get a great APR on 2007 models (not sure why, but it's true).
