depends on what kind of stuff you're trying to get.
bit torrent is the best.
there are many different bit torrent clients.
for getting single files i like bit tornado.
if you like to get multiple files at the same time and not have to run multiple windows then try utorrent, bit commet or azureus.
bit torrent doesn't let you search for files, it's just for downloading, you need to search the web for bit torrent files.
If you use either FrostWire or LimeWire, there is a chance that you could end up downloading a file that is infected with a computer virus or other malicious file or program.
Rather than using Peer-To-Peer filesharing programs, I would suggest that you purchase whatever files that you would like to download, as there is a lower chance that your computer will get infected with a computer virus or other malicious file or program and the money that you spend may benefit the person or company who made the music or program that you want to download.
If you want to download music, perhaps you should try purchasing it from an online retailer, such as iTunes or Amazon.

If you are going to use FrostWire or LimeWire to download files, I would suggest that you run frequent antivirus scans, as well as frequent antispyware or antimalware scans, just to be sure that your computer doesn't get infected with a computer virus or other malicious files or programs.
If you need a free antivirus program, I would recommend that you try using Microsoft Security Essentials, which can be downloaded from the link below.

If you need a free antispyware program, perhaps you should try using MalwareBytes, which can be downloaded from the link below.

Both of these programs are free and do not require that you pay to renew any subscriptions.
Also, perhaps you should try using Mozilla FireFox, which is a free browser that is safer than Internet Explorer and can also be customized with a variety of free add-ons and themes. If you would like to try using Mozilla FireFox, you can download it from the link below.
