Which sci-fi video game species do you think has the most advanced technology?

example: The Chozo that created Samus' Powersuit (Metroid) or the Lylatians (Star Fox) that created space ships capable of interstellar flight and aerodynamic manuevers?

Humans don't count. In all franchises aliens are somehow responsible for advancing us (Halo for example)

Well, for the fact that the Chozo advanced to the point where they could go no further, so they sat back and studied other species. I would say it would be them.
