Which sport requires more strategy: baseball or football (American)?
In football there are all sorts of plays for all sorts of different situations that have to be memorized in different ways by different players to do different things at different times and it all has to be synchronized. The only strategy in baseball is hit, run catch and throw. And then every once in a while when there is a runner on first and third, your team might have a play for that. But the tactics involved in baseball are minuscule in comparison to football.
