Which video player is better among VLC, KM player, DIVX player, QuickTime

player, Window Media palyer...? i usually watch videos in mp4, mkv or flv format, so i wanna know which video player can run my videos on my laptop {core i5, 1gb radeon} better and at highest quality possible.... vlc audio stuck at palces, any suggestions??
Is there any way to play HD videos with vlc without getting stuck and at the optimal video and sound quality??

VLC. It plays everything, even partially downloaded or fragmented files. I use it and have zero complaints.
