Which would be faster in Raid 0? x2 500GB WD RE4s or x2 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3s?

I understand the RE4s are designed for RAID configurations, but which of the two would be faster?

Note: I will only chose the RE4s if they are much faster over the F3s

if the information i know about them is correct...
I would say the RE4 because it has a 64mb cache vs the f3 which only have 32mb. the data will be accessed much quick with the re4. but i could be misinformed
