Which would you rather get: an iPhone4 or Motorola Droid 2?
I'm a Mac guy and I like how the iPhone seamlessly syncs with everything and it seems to be much better built (no plastic). I've dropped it and had no damage to it. The display is amazingly crisp.
The best would be to try each out for yourself. If you don't have a Mac you might like the better customization capabilities of the Droid.

I had the droid 2 now i have the iphone. The droid was an awesome phone but the iphone is pretty cool too.. if you like ipods/ipads/imacs you will LOVEEE THE IPHONE!!! only problem is is if your iphone breaks.. you have to go through apple instead of verizon.. other than that. IPHONE is better by .999
