My system version is 0.12.1151. When I tap on System Updates it says my system is up to date. I followed the steps on Motorola's website. The update is named correctly and it's on my sd card on my phone. I have plenty of memory and my battery is charged. The file is the right size and not corrupted and in the correct location.
