My Picasso's had a whining sound for a few weeks now that gets worse with more revs. Taking it to the garage they tell me it sounds like the Air Conditioning Pump, but I'm not convinced, would this be running without the Air Conditioning on? Another garage said suspect Power Steering Pump but this was only replaced by Citroen a couple of years and the sound seems to be further back than that, HELP!
