What is the difference between the way black people greet each other and whit people greet each other. Ex. The black people hug where you slide your hand and touch shoulders

White people smell you first like a dog and then when they give the okay and they will shake your hand. Black people would stare you down first and then give a nod and put out their hand.

American, German whites etc. just shake hands.
British not even shake hands but just say 'Hello' etc.
Italians, French kiss the cheeks
Black people have special handshakes

White people greet: Hi *nods head downwards* maybe a handshake if they know each other

Black People greet: *nods head upwards* What's up, they get dap if you know them

The shoulder thing is done rarely.

Wow. That is a strange question. I think all people greet differently. It doesn't matter about race, just level of comfort that you feel towards who you are greeting.

I think both groups rarely greet one another informally. It truly depends on recognition.

Differences-It really depends on the person. I know some white people who are overly touchy and some white people who cringe at the thought of having to engage in human contact.

For the most part I only notice black males with their familiars doing the handshake and shoulder bump maneuver. Black females usually do not do this.

White people I've noticed will pat each other on the shoulder. Both men and women.
