Is it the attorney general, or consumer affairs or someone else? They don't seem to want to do their job and I need to find out who can help

Do you have a problem with the entire California DMV system, one office, or just one employee? Who you complain to would depend on what the problem you have is.

If just an employee, you can complain to the manager of that office. If the problem is with that office, file a complaint with the main DMV office. If it's the DMV as a whole, you can complain to your elected officials in state government.

The lady that is bringing you a sandwich, tell her and if you have to tell her twice.......well I don't want to go there.
