I hope it's Chicago. I live in St. Louis, Missouri and we are normally rivals (Cubs vs. Cardinals, Blues vs. Blackhawks, etc.) but I understand if Chicago gets it, that some of the venues will be all the way down in the St. Louis area. I don't know if that could made for a vote against Chicago or not.

I don't know anything about public facilities in Chicago, hopefully they are better than that.
