In each division, and tell me why? Whoever makes the best case will get the points.
 
NL: J.A. Happ

AL: yawnnnnnn Andrew Bailey 6-3, 1.88 ERA, 21 saves
 
NL: Maybe I'm biased, but I think you almost have to go with Happ. The kid has a 2.77 ERA and is throwing great. He's 10-4 and should have a lot more wins, but he gets no run support.
AL: I'll say Ricky Romero. He got off to a shaky start this year and has a 4.15 ERA, but he has been throwing very well lately and is 11-7.
 
jacoby isn't a rookie and its j.a happ but yes i would also choose J.A happ.
 
NL: I'd have to say Jay Happ as well, he's put together a great season.
AL: I'd say Gordon Beckham, He's been a solid hitter for the White Sox in the #2 spot while Ricky Romero is had some rough starts lately.
