who is Nostradamus ? what are his premonitions ? what's on year 2012 ? is it...

Nostradamus is said to be a seer of the future he wrote tons of "quatrains" that are said to be insights into the future, he is said to have predicted the world trade center attack, one or both of the world wars, the Great Chicago fire, etc.....anyhow, when reading these you will note that they are are vague and dont note specific time or dates. I think that if I sat down and wrote and wrote my entire life I would be bound to get something probably alot right! I believe in my Lord Jesus Christ, he said he will come back like a theif in the night. We will not no the date or time. The most important thing is not to fear this type of thing, find faith in something, Find strength and goodness in yourself and life be prepared for the end and dont waste your time dreading it. Enjoy today make sure you are happy with life and enjoy it, its a gift :)
 
Nostradamus lived in the 16th century and wrote prophecies based on astronomy. He predicted many things that never happened, however the people who want to believe it always find excuses for his flaws. I don't know if he's the one who predicted the end of the world in 2012 but if my memory serves well, he predicted it in 1998. Maybe his supporters found another way to calculate his mistake and now say it will be in 2012. I'm not sure about that but I'm sure the end of the world isn't for 2012. It will be for some of course but not everybody.
