Who is the Rugby player who got picked up and couldn't score a try?

I saw it on a clip on Question of Sport once. I think it might have been Will Carling. He's in the try area with the ball, but a defender picks him up and holds him off the ground so he can't score a try.

Is it Will Carling and does anyone know where I can find a clip of this?
