a pop up keeps coming up on my computer it is from a company called platte. it had a contact number on it so i phoned them and they said that someone had registered to down loading films using my pc because the ip number of my laptop has been registered! i know nothing about this because i was not at home at the time my pc was aperently registered and i am the only 1 with acess to it, can any suggest anything? they are trying to charge me £50 for downloading films that i know nothing about!
