Who knows of a program that can edit music? (For a lyric game)?

I already have a song list of 20, and my problem now is editing each song in a way that only a certain line will be played, and a part of that line will be "bleeped" out. The player has to find out what that bleeped out word is.
Much like Don't Forget the Lyrics.
