and how do you take it? I used to take Muscle milk the low cal one, and when i took that it was 2 scoops and 10 ounces of milk. But on the tub of my new protein, the gold one, it says one scoop per 7-8 onces of water or milk. Is it ok to take the gold standard like i did with my muscle milk or just one scoop and 7-8 ounces. I also blend it if anyone wanted to know when reading this post.
And additional info: im 18, training to lose my body fat but also wanting to gain some bulk, i train mond-tues-thurs and fri. Wed is my off day weekends i work. I do 15 mins of cardio, then weights.
