Who was the designer of the wedding dress Kristen Bell wore in "When in Rome"?

I loved the dress she wore in the end of the movie and have searched quite a bit but cannot find any information on the style, designer, etc. If anyone could direct me towards more information about this dress it would be much appreciated!
