Who would win out of a MMA Fight, a Kick Boxer or a Boxer?

If two twins who were EXACTLY the same; speed, strength, intelligence etc. were born. One did Kick Boxing for 10 years, the other did Boxing for 10 years. Who would win out of a UFC fight?

(By UFC fight I mean those rules.)
