Why am i not getting send via bluetooth option in my laptop?

i have a laptop with inbuilt bluetooth facility. Before i used to get the option send via bluetooth. But now i am not getting that option in the send list. i am able to transfer items from phone to laptop, but unable to transfer items from laptop to cell phone. My device is successfully paired and is working perfectly. Before the option came, but now it is not coming....
HELP..!!
