I get paranoid everytime I am out thinking my boyfriend is looking at other girls. It really gets me down & ruins my night but I havent been very outgoing person for a long time.
Since three years ago I have experienced really awful bad breath (white coating on tongue) & I have lost most of my confidence. I have been told I have candida & a leaky gut (bad breath is one of the symptoms) & I need to change my diet to sort the problem out but its proving harder than I thought & I dont like going out because I know people can smell it & they look at me differently. My boyfriend goes out every opportunity he gets & it really upsets me. I cant be myself with him & dont like getting too close to people.
Its got me down for 3 years & im afraid il not get rid of it.
Can anyone help, has anyone else experienced bad breath with Candida & if so have advice would be much appreciated.
