Why am i tripping out?

drink water
eat something
take an asprin
get some sleep



if those don't work, talk to a doctor

PS-if you're serious and REALLY tripping- hallucinating, can't breathe or walk, etc, call 911 or go to the ER. but i assume it's not that bad.
