...when Mini 1.6s cost the same or more? A 2006 Mini 1.6 (the company is owned by BMW) may cost you £7000/ £8000. A VW Golf 1.6 from the same year may cost you the same. A Mini convertible from 2006 may cost you up to £12,000!
 
Because not only are minis ugly but they lack tons of creature comforts besides partial peace of mind when a tractor trailer comes hurtlying at you from brake failure
