So here I am again, having some issues with my headset. The first time I was having issues I thought it was the XBA I purchased from turtle beach. I was sent a second XBA and it was working perfectly fine. It worked for three days straight, no problems at all...until yesterday. I turned on my xbox, turned on the XBA and then turned on my headset. Chat was working just fine until it began doing what happened before, turning off during gameplay. The XBA works just fine when i'm not actually playing. When i'm sitting in Party chat, in a game lobby, anything that doesn't require me to move around. Then when I try to play a few minutes later the XBA will turn off and my headset will then play the disconnected from bluetooth device tone. I will then not be able to reconnect to the XBA no matter how many times I try. I will continue to get the 'pairing failed' error until I shut off the headset and try again. But immediately after pairing this proble will occur again. I cannot chat anymore and I don't understand what the problem is.
