Why are my torrents slow in comparison?

I did a download speed check, and it estimated that a 800 megabyte movie would take 19 minutes etc...

My download speed is 5.48Mb/s, according to speedtest.net, yet my torrent speeds pretty much stay capped at 120kB/s. which takes a lot longer.

How can I change this (if I can?)
I know, but no matter how many seeds I have, it NEVER goes above 120kB/s

Torrents work based on the number of seeds and peers,
The more the seeds, the more the download speed that too depends on whether the seeds are seeding (uploading or not).
Always download a torrent with balanced number of seeders and leechers
