...it obvious why he can't appear live? - Yes, The Rock said in his return promo that he will not be going away, but he NEVER said that he left Hollywood, never! So he will continue to make movies, just deal with it!!!
-When he said that he's back and he's never ever going away, he actually meant that he will never be away for another 7 years people!!! He NEVER said he's back full time!!!
- Isn't obvious why he's not on RAW every week? Vince DOESN'T want him to confront Cena and Miz before WrestleMania!! Why? Because The Rock is the reason why people are buying WM, people want to see him host WM and they wanna see what's gonna happen between him, Cena and The Miz AT WM!!! Vince is slowly building their rivalry and they will get physical at WM. So why do you want to see them confront each other before WM? Can't you just wait till WrestleMania? Is that a mission impossible for you that you have complain about it each time? THEY ARE SAVING IT FOR WRESTLEMANIA!!!
- If The Rock was to have a match with Cena and The Miz than he would have confronted them already, but he's just hosting the show, so...he doesn't HAVE to be on RAW each week!!!
- In Spanish we say "Lo bueno se hace esperar" which means in english "good things are worth waiting for". Don't be all desperate or thinking The Rock is a liar, be smart, use your brains people, don't be a typical fan, learn to understand how the business works!!!

Yes he now announced that he will appear on RAW, but I'm just explaining to those who constantly complain why he has been appearing via sattelite for the last 2 or 3 weeks!
And yes HE CAN be in WWE and in Hollywood, it's possible to do both. I'm talking to the God's Gift guy.
