why are their so many Jews in news media and Hollywood industrys ?

I'm just wondering why ? Every Sunday on Meet the Press, all the guests are Jewish. Matt Lauerer, Larry King, Dianne Sawyer, Steven Spielberg, etc. I'm not a hater of all Jews, but why is it such a small minority has such a huge say in Hollywood and the news industry ?

Again, i'm not racist.
