Why are there no kids shows about super villains that actually win?

Hey!

I'm just wondering, growing up I've seen so many shows about super heroes who fight off the bad guys and always win, but I have never seen a show where the villains defeat the super heroes and win.

There are a few but they never seem to win!

Why?

you just reminded me of one episode of the power rangers when rita almost defeated the rangers. i was rooting for the bad guys because they were so close. they probably would have been successful if they tried a second time.
