well... im sure they do the same type of things certain bands do, (not being able to post their lyrics) but the no negative reviews? wowy.. step up eh?

if you can't do a pull up im thinking that's a problem as i heard they're important. and i think you might need some free weights.

but it's like all fitness programs it depends on you.

Before I buy most things, especially online, I try to get a balanced view on the product. I have looked for negative reviews for P90x and have found none which makes me suspicious. The only thing I found was a site that seemed to have been told by legal counsel for P90x to pull all reviews they had posted. Please I want to here a balanced review of this product before I invest in it.

A guy I work with has it and he loves it. He's lost about 30 pounds, but hasn't gained a whole lot of muscle. I don't think he does it as consistently as the people on TV. From what my co-worker has said and the results I have seen, I don't think it's a sham. Just make sure you are dedicated to using it if you're going to invest your $.

Push ups are hard, the girl in first video is not hot. Thats all
