And fewer and fewer DVD recorders??? What is the industry doing to us? I record my favorite daily soaps then come home from work to enjoy them. What is going on???
DVD recorders never sold as well as VCRs. I'm not sure why, it might have to do with the 'TIVO Revolution'.
Today DVDs are seen as a technology quickly becoming obsolete, being replaced with Blu-Ray. Manufacturers and distributors of DVD players may be 'dumping' their remaining stocks at low prices just to get rid of them.
