Why are you awake (UK PEOPLE)?

If you are from UK, Why are you still awake at 04:32 am? (Time i wrote this, will be later once you answer)

My reason is that my youngest wouldn't go to sleep! -.- He's asleep now, but now I can't sleep and i have to be up at 7am O_O
I don't know why this went into the "Environment"section when i clearly clicked on "Health"

Hi, I go through phases where I can`t sleep and it drives me crazy. Last night was up between 2am and 6am and tonight I have been awake since 3am. No idea why but I can`t seem to switch off. Will be going back to bed as soon as i`m tired. Thank god I don`t have work today
