...are just having? fun they are not saving the world like doctors or the military guys that are killing for the U.S.A FOR THOSE ARE THE REAL HEROES NOT SOME PEOPLE PLAYING SPORTS THEY DON'T DO NOTHING FOR NOBODY JUST PLAY FOR FUN WHY PAY THEM ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD WHEN DOCTORS AND THE MILITARY PEOPLE ARE DYING FOR AMERICA WHAT THE HELL DO THEY DO TO GET SO MUCH MONEY DOING NOTHING. EXPLAIN I DON'T GET IT
DOCTORS ARE SAVING LIVES AND THE MILITARY ARE GETTING KILLED AND THEY DON'T GET THAT MUCH MONEY LIKE THE PLAYERS WHY
 
whoa calm down. ok we all know that doctors military and teachers deserve more $$$ but nobody pays to see them work. its about advertising, these players make millions for the owners, the NFL and the TV networks and only get a fraction of that. so they do deserve it.

if nobody watched em play they wouldnt make the money so its on us.
 
It's entertainment. The same reason a popular actor gets $10 million a movie, because people will pay to see it. People pay a lot of money to go to the games and that money funnels to the owners and the players.

I agree that there are much more important jobs in the world. But as long as people pay the money it's going to be that way.
