the box that has the indicator usually lit op for wireless is completely missing and i have tried to connect a ethernet cord through the lan connection and that wont connect me either my router is working fine and this computer (my kids') is connecting fine and my blackberry is connecting fine. i started to install a Seagate external hard drive nad was organizing folders and copied some over to it ..i have not intentionally deleted any files yet...i may have and not known it so can anyone tell me what to do ..where to start i feel like i will have a panic attack..i will call sony in the morning but for the meantime is there anything i can do or can anyone please tell me what i did wrong and if this is fixable please i can't even wait til morning - i have work to do
