Why can't we enjoy the beach for free?

Why do we have to waste a chunk of money on parking fees every time we go to the beach? Mother nature gave us beaches, who are they to charge us for wanting to take a dip or go for a walk? We should be able to enjoy natures bounty without cities controlling everything with their greedy fees!!!!
 
Agreed...welcome to the economy world!

Same goes with drinking water..we have to buy water!
