I put on 10lbs over the winter and decided I would like to lose 20lbs to get myself down to ten stone. I am5 ft 6 and 40.
I don't believe in dieting per-se I just avoid certain foods and eat as much as I want of all the good stuff...fruit veg nuts seeds chicken fish etc etc......
The last 6 weeks I have steadily been losing a couple of pounds a week...then the last week I folded and ate everything in sight...oops! I am only human...lol..
So I got back on my healthy eating plan today and gingerly got on the scales to see the 'damage' and was astonished to have lost another 3lbs??
WHY?
My routine had been exactly the same exercise wise and I dont drink and am not dehydrated.....nor do I have hormonal fluctuations.
