Why did Politifact only add in the "Compromise" under promises in January 2008?
Before in Politifact they only had "Promises Kept", "Promises Broken" and "In the Works". They had just those 3 for all the previous administrations. And all Promises that were compromised were put under" Promises Broken" as they had not kept their full promise.
So, now why all of a sudden last year did they change their rating on promises?
