Why didn't I lose weight on my first week on a raw diet?

First of all I'm already healthy weight (5'1, 109 lbs) but I wanted to lose just like 5-8 lbs to get more cut. I just finished my first week on the raw diet just eating stuff like raw granola (made with nuts) raw oatmeal, fruits, veggies, raw crackers, things like that and I find it very strange that I am the same weight. It feels like I have been eating wayy less than I usually eat. Usually I eat a lot during the day and at night until I don't feel like eating any more but on the raw diet it feels like I have been eating just enough to get rid of the initial urge to eat. I am not starving but I am always empty most of the time. So I just find it weird with such a drastic cut in calories how can my weight not have changed?
