I was charged with DUI in 2001 (CA-OC) but was found not guilty by the jury and court. I recently applied for a commercial driving job but was refused because DMV still shows an arrest with alcohol level od 1,0 on my print out. Is this a mistake or DMV would show an arrest and alcohol level no matter what? It has been 8 years and I know if you are convicted of DUI it stays on your record for 10 years but for For God's Sake I was acquitted by court!
