Instead of complaining, why don't they get off welfare and do something productive that will enhance their standards of living. Do they tend to be more lazier compared to other minorities? How come statistically speaking they have a lower average income among minorities in the USA? They established themselves in the USA before other minorities(Asians, Hispanics, etc) so they did have a head start compared to those other ethnic groups yet these ethnic groups are more productive and successful compared to their black counterparts.
