...they complain to the nice guy? My friend is in this with a girl and she keeps calling him complaining about the badboy she is now with, she picked him over my friend and she calls once a day to spill her guts to him about this idiot, i told him when she calls he should just hang up the phone? Am i right?
 
Hanging up on her won't help. If he doesn't want to talk to her anymore, he needs to tell her that. Or he can keep listening. Maybe she'll see what she's missing? He could tell her he'd rather talk about something else.
