Is it the lack of fresh air in the cabins, or the food? This keeps happening all the time, I've never been on a cruise bit I was thinking of doing so this winter out of Florida or NYC. Should I get a balcony cabin to ensure good ventilation? Any tips are appreciated. I have a delicate immune system - should I just forget it?
